Outside, the expansive backyard, complete with a swing set, floating deck, firepit and mature trees, is perfect for outdoor entertaining (landscaping is an ongoing project- please be patient).

Spend your days swimming & your nights eating smores by 1 of the 2 fire pits (portable fire pit by house or fire ring on the beach) (complimentary fire wood provided). Less than 20 minutes from I-80 and popular Omaha neighborhoods like Aksarben Village, and Midtown Crossing are only 15-20 minutes away. Only blocks away from some of the best restaurants around as well!

We live on the property and will share front yard/driveway space. Your dogs are welcome on a leash. Ours will be as well.
