Snappers Bar and grill is moving to the old Poca Playa building and there are new shops in the offices behind the restaurant. There is also several shops around the square.

The Mulberry House Matagorda

The Mulberry House is centrally located townsite Matagorda, just a minute drive to the harbor, local shopping, small grocery store, excellent fishing and great food. This is a simple cottage that provides a full kitchen, washer and dryer and lots of sleeping area. We have most everything you could need for an at-home feel on your vacation. (Pets may be welcomed on a case-by-case basis. Please note there is a $50 per pet fee.) Come play with us in Matagorda!
