Hopewell House is a gorgeous property in Lagro, IN. A perfect place for a family gathering, long weekend, or a place to unplug! Established in January 2025, Marjory’s Cottage House honors the rich heritage and enduring spirit of the home originally built in 1951 by Floyd L. Erdahl. Located on Vernon Street, the house was constructed from a Gamble Store Home Construction Kit at a cost of just $5,000—a testament to postwar ingenuity and craftsmanship. Today, Marjory’s Cottage House stands not only as a place of warmth and memory but also as a tribute to the legacy of a family deeply rooted in the fabric of its community.
