Eigenes Penthouse mit grosser U-förmiger Sonnenterrasse. Meer&Bergblick! Man steht sprichwörtlich etwas "über den Dingen", Privatsphäre&Ruhe, trotzdem mitten im Dorfleben. 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, offene Küche, Duschbad&grosse Terrasse mit Pergola. Das Atico ist ein eigenes Gebäude auf dem Dach einer schönen Villa. Zugang über sepparate Aussentreppe. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Ideal für 3 Personen, 4 Personen gut möglich. Das Besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist die private und persönliche Abgeschiedenheit, obwohl man sich mitten im Bario befindet. Es ist wie ein Adlerhorst mit weitem Rundumblick. Bei Sonnenschein (also beinahe immer) erweitert die grosse Sonnenterasse den Wohnraum & gefrühstückt und relaxed wird gerne unter freiem Himmel. Das gesamte Atico / Penthouse steht den Gästen zur Verfügung, zusätzlich die grosse Terrasse und das kleine Waschhaus mit der eigenen Waschmaschine auf der Terrasse. Man ist sehr ungestört und verfügt über viel Privatsphäre. Da ich immer wieder mal selbst im Ausland bin (also nicht vor Ort) kann es sein, dass zum Empfang der Schlüssel im Schlüsseltresor untergebracht ist. Eine Ansprechperson ist bei Bedarf immer vor Ort. Optional lassen sich bis max. 4 Fahrräder ausleihen, die im Verleih beim Fahrradladen sonst recht teuer sind. Ab c.a. April 24 wird auf dem nachbargrundstück ein Haus gebaut und es kann, je nach Bauphase, zu typischen Beeinträchtigungen wie Lärm kommen.

Casita Aurelia is located in the historic village of La Calera, Valle Gran Rey. Enjoy extensive ocean views and a tranquil garden terrace with papaya and frangipani trees. Three beautiful beaches are within a 10-15 minute walk passing by banana and vegetable gardens. Shop at the local organic farm or eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the Valle. The house is a 5 minute walk up from public parking. It is well equipped for a wonderful stay. Not suitable for toddlers no wheelchair access.

Dieses Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Teil des Valle Gran Rey in Borbalán, von wo aus das Meer in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Post und ungefähr hundert Meter weiter ein großer Supermarkt, die Apotheke sowie mehrere Cafés und andere Geschäfte. Das Haus ist ideal für eine große Familie oder für eine Gruppe von Freunden, denn es hat drei kleine Apartments, in denen insgesamt 6 Erwachsene und bis zu 4 Kinder untergebracht werden können.

This is a peaceful zone, surrounded of nature and such wonderful views of the mountains. 300 meters away from Vueltas beach and 650 meters away from La Puntilla beach.

Bienvenido a la Esquina del Támbara, pequeño dúplex , ubicado en el pintoresco barrio de Vueltas. La Esquina del Támbara consiste en dos plantas comunicada por una estrecha escalera tipo holandés. En la primera planta se encuentra la salita de estar con cocina y un pequeño baño. En la segunda planta se encuentra el dormitorio con un pequeño baño incluido. La terraza se encuentra en la última planta con unas espectaculares vistas al mar.

The studio offers space for two people. Shops and supermarkets are nearby and there are various restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy La Gomera's culinary delights. The beautiful beaches of Valle Gran Rey are only a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.
