Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Χωράει έως και 5 άτομα με 2 άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική καθώς συνδυάζει τη θέα βουνού και θάλασσας ενώ βρίσκεται μόλις 500 μέτρα από την εκκλησία του Αγίου Μακαρίου όπου διεξάγεται το έθιμο του ρουκετοπολεμου. Studios for 2 pers. in a charming beach villa , without any road between the villa and the beach : it stands directly on the golden sandy beach of Karfas. (no road between the beach and the house). Beach-lovers could not wish for a better location at the quietest end of BEACH. A cluster of tamarisk trees provides welcome shade on the beach. The shaded terrace facing the beach, offers the best sea view. There is a single sofa for an extra pers. in the bedroom.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests
