A charming villa with 24m2 private, heated swimming pool in Podgora, Makarska Riviera, with panoramic views of Adriatic Sea and surrounding mountains. Nearest beach with crystal clear water is 2 km away, or 3mins by car. Centre of seaside Podgora and other facilities such as restaurant and dining, supermarket, ambulance, harbour, transport and nightlife are 2 km away. It's ideal place for cycling, hiking, nature and mountain walks, it is located nearby protected area of Nature Park Biokovo.

Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). The outdoor area has a pool, outdoor solar shower, pergola and dining area, fireplace and has a perfect sea and mountain view. Welcome!

APARTMAN - LEA (2) - NO PETS!

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Svi apartmani orijentirani su jug-sjever pa imaju krasan pogled na more, plažu i otoke. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
