Kalamata Messinia Cozy Country House Mountain View

Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

Jusqu'à 12 personnes avec les 2 lits simples dans le salon. Au 1er étage de style vintage : 3 chambres, une salle de bain, un salon et une cuisine. Au Rez de chaussée (entièrement neuf): 2 belles chambres doubles avec salle de bain privée, un grand salon avec cuisine américaine, un sauna et un toilette séparé.

My Traditional Stone-built Mansion in Karyes was originally built in 1902 by my grandfather.Τhe whole building was renovated from scrath by my family, but with us keeping all the old stone walls that my grandfather put together. The original marble stone carved from the craftsmen in 1902, still decorates the front porch and within its 4,000 square meters garden, it will be a delightful experience for you and your friends to sit back, relax & enjoy your recriational days in the mountains.
