Outside there is a swimming pool with deckchairs. Next to the pool there is an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. There is also a gas grill. Uživajte u elegantnom uređenju ovog smještaja u centru grada. Apartman se nalazi u centru Punta, prvi red do mora, s osiguranim parkingom. Smješten je na prvom katu obiteljske kuće, s pogledom na more i veličine je 70m2. Apartman je klimatiziran, besplatan WiFi i internet televizija. Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak, kupaonica i wc, kuhinja. Apartman je opremljen svim potrebnim uređajima. Gostima je na raspolaganju terasa s ležaljkama. Apartment Nenad 3 is a great choice for families with children. It is located in a quiet street, near the main beach, which is definitely one of the advantages of this apartment. In the nearby of the apartment there is also a pine wood with arranged walking path which leads to another beach - Kozica. The apartment has two bedrooms, balcony and also a terrace, both with nice sea view. From equipment we would like to emphasize air conditioning, WiFi and Sat Tv. Pets are welcome - on request.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
