Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Home is situated in stone house near the Vrbnik old Town. The house is newly renovated in modern stile. Large terase with the beautiful sea view will win you immediately. Home has a separate entrance. If you need more space ( for friends or children) you can also book an APP "Charming home near beach with see view" on the samo floor and it is connected to the terrace.

Bright and comfortable modern apartment, just 10 meters from the restaurant, few steps away from the beach and with amazing view on the sea and the city, with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV. It is located in a small and quiet place only 3-4 minutes drive from the center of town Senj. Apartment is situated in the house, at the first floor and has two balconies.
