Quest´appartamento fa parte di una villetta bifamiliare con un proprio ingresso e un piccolo giardino. Si trova a 3,5 km da Innsbruck. Composta da una camera con letto matrimoniale e un divanetto che puo´essere utilizzato come ulteriore letto singolo, un´ampio salone con cucina a vista, con forno, forno a microonde, bollitore acqua,frigo un grande tavolo e un divanoletto molto comodo per due persone.Bagno con doccia, wc e bidet. Posto macchina coperto. Connessione Wifi.Völs ha un buon collegamento di autobus e in circa 15 min si arriva a Innsbruck. La casa si trova in una via privata, molto silenziosa. Il luogo e´Ideale per escursioni, mountain. bike, vicinissima ai migliori impianti sciistici (15 min in auto), come anche per lo sci di fondo.A pochi minuti a piedi si possono fare bellissime passeggiate costeggiando il fiume Inn.Ideale anche per visitare la citta´di Innsbruck, i suoi musei (´interessante museo etnico, il Ferdinandeum Museum, il Bergisel museo), concerti e teatri.A Völs si trovano anche un paio di ristoranti e un grande centro commerciale.A pochi minuti a piedi un supermercato. ristorante e pasticceria.L´aeroporto come anche la stazione centrale si raggiungono in 15 min di macchina. AVVISO IMPORTANTE PER TURISTI: La tassa di soggiorno di €3 per notte per adulto ( 16 anni +) per turisti adulti. L´ente del Turismo mette a disposizione a tutti i turisti una Welcome Card che offre molte agevolazioni.

Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
