T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

With the feel of a modern farmhouse but the tenth of the size you will feel right at home! Our tiny home sits on an acre of land overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest VA. Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork, close to gas/groceries yet between VT and RU! Falling Pines Historic Cabin

The original log cabin was built in 1936 by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). These cabins were built after the Blue Ridge Parkway was laid in 1935, which is just down the street. With love and attention our cabin's renovations were complete in 2017. We kept the original log walls to add a rustic feel to the contemporary, crisp clean decor. The cottage overlooks the babbling waters of Back Creek but is just a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, private yet convenient.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

The Carriage House

Retreat to the country and experience simple living at its finest! Travel by gravel road to enjoy a peaceful setting with very little traffic. Second story living quarters with everything you need for a delightful stay. Kitchen is stocked with cooking/dining and coffee supplies.. Reclining couch, TV w/ Roku and DVDs (no cable), games, and several books to help you unwind and relax. Cot available for third guest. Now with WiFi!

Forget a hotel, stay at this inviting 3 bedroom (3 queen beds) condo close to VT and all Blacksburg and the New River Valley has to offer. Set up with everything you need away from home.
