It’s very clean, and AC will freeze you out! Includes a TV, DVD, Bluetooth capable radio with indoor/outdoor speakers, sheets provided. It weighs 4,225lbs dry. No smoking. Camper is not on a site you will have to book your site. This thing has allowed us to create memories at an affordable rate, we’d love to host you!
