Only the laundry is shared with 2 Airbnb guests. These units are separate and don’t access to the pool. Pets are welcome ($25 extra per pet). There's a split Air Conditioning in the dining room to cool most of the house. Tho of the bedrooms also have split AC to cool and heat. The last bedroom has a wall AC. LA county certificate 000467
