My husband and I fell in love at first sight with this beautiful place. So we have moved here our whole life. Ideally located on the hill of Morrona,this landscape affords unique views over the hills near Pisa,put us in direct contact with a calm nature and gives us a wonderful spectacle of the fascinating and surprising course of seasons. In zona residenziale,fuori dal centro storico, l'alloggio è finemente arredato e confortevole.Ha ingresso indipendente,fa parte di una casa colonica in stile toscano con soffitti in mezzane e travi in legno.E' composto da soggiorno/pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale e attigua cucina ben attrezzata (frigocombo,lavastoviglie e forno microonde).La camera da letto matrimoniale è sul soppalco al quale si accede con una comoda scaletta. Sotto si trovano gli armadi e le cassettiere.Arredo di design.

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
