Guest rooms on lower level: 2 bedrooms - can be rented individually or as a 2 bdrm apartment (pricing varies based on events - min $75 ea bdrm).

Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

This first floor one bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Wayne Hospital, 5 blocks from Darke County Fairgrounds and a short 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville. Newly Renovated, Quiet Home for Families

Relax with family in this calm, stylish space. A one-level ranch in a quiet neighborhood is minutes to the park, shopping and downtown Greenville. We are originally from the area and recently renovated this home for our our own family to use when we visit from out of state a few times a year. We hope others needing a spacious home while in the area for events and family visits can enjoy it too.
