Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Winter offers Snowmobiling, X-C Skiing from our front door. Our camp is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and have FUN! We are centrally located to restaurants, stores, attractions & events. Nearby are Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake and Lake Placid, the Olympic Village for Bob Sledding, Luge Rides, Cliffside Coaster, & Zip lines

Blackfly Cabin

Blackfly Cabin is in Vermontville New York a short drive from Saranac Lake in the heart of the Adirondack Mtns. We are 25 minutes from Lake Placid and a great place to base your ADK adventures. We are happy to have the opportunity to provide a safe and comfortable space to enjoy the ADK's. We are avid outdoorspeople and can provide advice and direction as needed to make your trip even more spectacular. All proceeds go to our daughter who is part of the USA Luge Olympic program.
