It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay for business or pleasure while traveling in north central Ohio, you will like our cozy Country Side Suite. You’ll get high-speed internet, and have fast and easy access to SR2/I90. Shopping, wineries, coffee shops and restaurants are one to three miles away in the city of Vermilion. Ritter Public library, located in downtown Vermilion, is a beautiful modern building with lots of meeting space.

The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure.
