You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

Warm and inviting finished basement with it's own entrance and free parking. Centrally located in southwest Reno neighborhood. 8 minutes away from the airport. Close to walking trails. Includes 1 master bedroom with a queen bed, a second full size bed and a daybed with a twin bed. Kitchenette includes a Keurig, microwave, small electric oven, air fryer and mini-fridge. 48" tv with Roku, WiFi, workspace in master bedroom. Outdoor eating area. We do welcome pets with a $60 fee.

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Private brick studio in sought out Newlands Manor historical neighborhood known for tree lined streets and unique characteristics. Short walking distance to Wingfield Park, Riverwalk District, Downtown and Midtown restaurants/bars/shopping. 10 minute drive to the airport. Just under an hour to Lake Tahoe. Comfortable queen bed, workspace, dining table, Roku TV. Kitchen has mini fridge, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, Keurig, stove top, and all the cooking essentials.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.

With a queen size bed that reclines, you can get the sleep you need after a day of adventure. A walk in closet for all you fashionistas.
