Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Delizioso monolocale di 45 mq situato nel cuore di Foligno. Una soluzione ideale per vivere il vivace centro cittadino, ricco di ristoranti, cocktail bar, locali per aperitivi, cinema. La casa si trova a pochi metri da Piazza della Repubblica, auditorium San Domenico, caserma Gonzaga, e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Nelle immediate vicinanze inoltre, si può usufruire di ogni tipo di servizio (banche, farmacie, market,ecc...) senza dover prendere l'auto.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
