The air-conditioned living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with dining and lounge space, smart TV, Blu-Ray and WiFi. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with rollaway-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other main apartments.

The flat is a 4 min walk from South Parade Pier, the seafront and Canoe Lake park with its rose garden, tennis courts and cafes. A 10 min walk takes you to the centre of Southsea and Southsea Common with its castle, aquarium and the D-Day Museum. On-street parking is free & has an EV charger.

I have an extra person charge for 3 or more guests. I charge a fee of £10 when 2 guests staying also require sofa bed. WiFi available. The flat is situated in a popular and fashionable area close to Albert Rd. The flat is a 2 minute walk to The Kings Theatre and 15 minute walk to seafront.

Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.
