It is a ground floor apartment at street level, with light tones and wooden furniture. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The area offers museums, restaurants and bars, being a quiet place but well connected to the centre.

Our cozy 40m2 study is located in Quintana area, in the northeastern outskirts of Madrid. You will stay in an area full of stores and services, far from the bustle of the city centre, but with easy access to it: in 30 minutes, you can reach Puerta del Sol with direct line from the Quintana stop, which is 450m away :) Our accommodation is pet friendly ;) Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement.
