For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Sulla strada principale che porta al mare in zona vivace ben servita! Dal giardino, con ombrellone, tavolino e sedie, si accede alla veranda coperta con panca, poltrone e tavolino ideale per colazioni ed aperitivi, bagno di servizio. Zona giorno con cucina a vista dotata di lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Primo piano; 2 camere (letto matrimoniale 160x200 e letto doppio 140x200), bagno con ampia cabina doccia. Servizio internet wifi e aria condizionata. Imposta di soggiorno da pagare all'arrivo.

Composto al piano terra da cucina e soggiorno (con divano letto), al primo piano da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, una cameretta (con letto a castello) e balcone. Locale lavanderia esterno con bagno. A disposizione gratuita 3 bici (2 adulto 1 bambino), barbecue. Parcheggio interno per moto. Giardino su tre lati. I LOCALI SONO ACCURATAMENTE PULITI ANCHE MEDIANTE PRODOTTI DISINFETTANTI.

Casale Pino nel Parco, mare e città d'arte

ll Troncolo e' un bellissimo casolare dall'architettura tipica degli edifici agricoli toscani, costruito verso la metà del 1800. Il casolare con il suo ampio giardino si trovano all'interno dello straordinario scenario del Parco Naturale privato di Migliarino, proprietà dal 1500  della famiglia Salviati. Il Casale tutto ben recintato, usato in passato come residenza del guardiacaccia, è stato ristrutturato nel 2007 rispettando la tradizione e conservando gli elementi architettonici originali.

Appartamento Recentemente ristrutturato di circa 60 mq al piano terra di un antica palazzina con terrazza di circa 40 mq. Possibilità di ospitare 4 persone ( letto matrimoniale, 1 letto ad una piazza e mezza), con aggiunta di un lettino per bambini. Il quartiere, Santa Maria, è tra i più antichi di Pisa. Nelle vicinanze c'è il museo delle Sinopie, l' Orto e Museo Botanico , il Museo degli Strumenti per il Calcolo, Museo dell' opera del Duomo. Potrete visitare la città comodamente a piedi.

The house also offers a spacious terrace where you can wind down and enjoy pleasant outdoor meals.

La Gegia Matta

Nel verde della Toscana La Gegia Matta è la foresteria di Villa Ruschi, una magnifica proprietà settecentesca caratterizzata dallo stile tipico Toscano. E' situata nel centro di Calci, nella Val Graziosa ed è facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che in moto. Nelle vicinanze troverete ristoranti, enoteche, alimentari e inoltre potrete visitare la splendida Certosa di Calci. Dista 10 minuti da Pisa, 20 da Lucca , 1 ora da Firenze e 20 minuti dalle spiagge della costa Tirrenica.

La casa si trova nel centro del paese ma in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Ha uno spazio esterno su due lati con giardino e gazebo per pranzi/cene. Possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà o all'esterno davanti alla casa. A piano terra si trova il salotto con divano letto, aria condizionata, cucina e bagnetto di servizio. Al piano superiore due camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata di cui una con terrazzo , una stanza guardaroba e bagno.
