It is walking distance to Island Center Forest for hiking or mountain biking, and just 3/10 of a mile from Vashon town with fabulous restaurants, galleries, and wineries and breweries. The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.
