Welcome to our beautiful house in the heart of the Stockholm archipelago just 45 mins by car/direct bus to Stockholm City. Ideal both for summer and winter holidays on beautiful Hölö (Stavsnäs) w walking dist to the sea (400 meters), bus and family-friendly sand beaches. Main house (90 m2) with 3 BRs (sleeps 7 people), kitchen, bathroom w shower, and a wonderful conservatory w dining area. Guest house (25 m2) w 1 BR (2 beds), basic kitchen, and living room w sofa bed (1~2 people).

Amazing location in the middle of the "Färnebofjärden", with wonderful views of the Dalälven River. The compound is privately located at the end of the street with no neighbors. The property consists of several smaller houses, a private hottub, a swimspa, and sauna and is located immediately by one of Östa Stränder beaches. The houses are all beautifully renovated and decorated. This location is great for a family or two or a bigger group. Tranquility is a fact once you arrive.
