Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

Approximately 10 minutes to Geneva, 20 minutes to Del Lago Casino, 15 minutes to Waterloo and Seneca Falls ( Woman’s Hall of Fame), 40 minutes to Ithaca and WatkinsGlen.

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

1850's historic Victorian farmhouse near our 6th generation family vineyards. Perfect location for your wine weekend getaway! This renovated guest space includes a relaxing library, two bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with access to our large front porch for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine.
