It is nestled on top of a hill surrounded by nearly 2 acres creating a peaceful and quiet getaway. The perfect choice if you're planning on visiting the park, but would prefer a little more privacy. Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property and guest house has been remodeled. Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants
