Nuestro luminoso apartamento de 120 m² tiene capacidad para hasta 11 huéspedes y es ideal para familias y grupos de amigos que desean disfrutar de Barcelona juntos. Está situado frente a la estación de metro Paral·lel y a pocos minutos a pie de Las Ramblas, el Puerto y Montjuïc. Dispone de 4 amplios dormitorios, una sala de estar, cocina y 2 baños completos con bañera y ducha. Tanto el salón como los dormitorios tienen balcones con vistas a la ciudad, que aportan abundante luz natural y permiten disfrutar del ambiente urbano de Barcelona. La distribución del apartamento incluye 3 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales, un dormitorio con 2 camas dobles y un sofá cama doble en el salón. Bajo petición, las camas individuales pueden prepararse como camas dobles extragrandes. También es posible solicitar una cama extra o una cuna. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción, sistema de purificación del aire, Wi-Fi gratuito y televisión con canales internacionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada y dispone de mesa y sillas para comer, además de un balcón con lavadora, secadora y cubos de reciclaje. Las ventanas de doble acristalamiento ayudan a mejorar el aislamiento. Al encontrarse en una zona céntrica, animada y con tráfico, puede percibirse el ambiente propio de la ciudad. Si llegas antes del check-in o quieres aprovechar tu último día, dispondrás de una sala de espera con taquillas, aseos, duchas y minibar gratuito con café, té, agua y refrescos. También podrás disfrutar de nuestra terraza comunitaria en la azotea, abierta de 9:00 a 20:00 horas, con vistas a la ciudad. The apartment is renovated and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the city centre next to the Contemporary Art Museum, only a few minutes walking to La Rambla and Plaça Catalunya! There are 4 bedrooms. Perfect for families and smaller groups. The four double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. There is also satellite tv. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

TOURIST TAX: 6.88€ per night per person, for up to 7 nights (adults only). The guest must pay the tourist accommodation tax, which is €6.88 per night per person, for up to 7 nights. Starting on April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. LAUNDRY SERVICE (EXTRA CHARGE) In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service available, which comes with an extra charge. -Our standard cleaning schedule is halfway through stays of 5 days or more. Guests can request extra cleaning during their stay, subject to availability and an additional charge of 35€. -On the day of departure, the client must leave the apartment in acceptable conditions of order and cleanliness.
