In dotazione e inclusi nel prezzo lavatrice, stoviglie, lavastoviglie, corredi, posto auto. Disponibile per tutto l'arco dell'anno per periodi non inferiori ad una settimana. Ein Haus mit einer langen, spannenden Geschichte, das wir behutsam und mit großem Respekt ins 21. Jahrhundert geholt haben. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Badewanne) Garten: Grill, Essgelegenheit und Liegewiese. Benutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Hochwertige Massivholzeinrichtung. Autoabstellplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Independent apartment in the centre of San Vigilio di Marebbe, a few steps from the ski-bus stop which then takes 5 minutes to the ski lifts. In few minutes walk you can reach the main church and the shops. The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, table and sofa bed, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Outside there is a small private garden with gorgeous view. The City Tax is not included in the price. It must be paid separately.

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.
