Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Haus Lärchensteig (2 Wohnungen+Loftspace)

Das Haus wurde von uns mit ortstypischen Materialien liebevoll umgebaut und renoviert. Wir vermieten es an Gruppen und Familien oder nutzen es selbst als Ferienhaus. Es liegt idyllisch auf 1430m inmitten von Wiesen und landwirtschaftlichen Flächen und ist umgeben von der atemberaubenden Kulisse der 3000er des Alpenhauptkammes. Zum Dorf St. Jakob mit Gasthöfen und Kaufladen sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Das Haus ist auch im Winter auf dem regelmäßig geräumten Fahrweg sehr gut zu erreichen.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Chalet Henne- Hochgruberhof

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Archehof Hochzirm Lodge Anton

The "Archehof Hochzirm" with the "Lodge Anton" is located outside of Campo Ture (Sand in Taufers) on 1,003 m above sea level. The hiking and skiing paradise Speikboden is only 5 minutes by car from the accommodation. The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, underfloor heating and a private sauna.
