This newly built mountain cottage nestled in the woods has all one needs for a cozy getaway to Western North Carolina. Our property is located next to DuPont State Forest which is so close you can hear the waterfalls from the front door. World class mountain biking/hiking are just half a mile away. Lake Imaging parking lot is 0.5 miles, Hooker Falls is 0.9. It is conveniently located only 20 minutes from both Brevard and Hendersonville where wonderful restaurants and activities can be explored.

Your private suite has: 1) a private bedroom /a queen-sized bed; 2) a private bath /a walk-in-shower; 3) a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee maker, a microwave, a small sink plus an under-the-counter refrigerator with a separate freezer; 4) a locked private entry into a multi-purpose room that has a loveseat, TV, a drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The suite has a new independent "HVAC air & vent system", totally separate from our HVAC system, so our Guests have complete temperature control.

The Cashiers Cabin

Remotely located 30 minutes from Cashiers, NC and 45 minutes from Highlands, NC. This is the perfect place to relax, disconnect & immerse yourself into nature. With the national forest, hiking trails, waterfalls, and Chattooga River a short walk from the house. You can park and enjoy nature without driving to other locations. Pets are welcome (fee per stay). If your looking for a peaceful , REMOTE get away this is for you. AWD OR 4WD is needed to park near the house.

Climb a set of exterior stairs thru your private entrance and enter a bright, airy, modern space with some mid-century charm. You'll be welcomed into the space by beautiful floors made from reclaimed barn wood. An open floor plan includes the living room with 55" smart TV, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, dresser and large walk-in closet. We are 100% solar powered and offer a Level 2 EV charger for guests.

Wake up on the low platform bed w/ a Tuft & Needle mattress before opening the 12-foot sliding barn doors into the bright living space. We offer several complimentary amenities. This apartment is also wheelchair accessible entryways & shower. Just walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the River Arts District.

This cabin has everything you need! Soak up all of the views on two very large decks in either the swing out front, or by the fire pit or hot tub out back . We would love to have you!

The River Birch near downtown Greenville SC

The River Birch is a luxurious boutique tiny home that sits on the Saluda River and is the perfect place for a mini vacation or staycation. We are located just 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville. Each firepit will have complimentary firewood. We will also give you fire starters and matches. If you would like to purchase more firewood, you may do so at the office. Each bundle will be $5 each.

South Slope View

A quiet, comfortable home in the downtown area will have you relaxed after your explorations of Asheville and the surrounding areas. The front door opens to the South Slope and you can walk to restaurants, breweries, music venues, theaters, and much more. The two (2) car garage has a keyless entry lock. Use the stairs or ride the private in house elevator to living areas.
