Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This stylish place is in a perfect location .Uplands is a vibrant and trendy part of Swansea ,the flat is tucked away in a quiet court only 5 mins walk from pubs shops restaurant's takeaways its got the lot. there is a bus stop 1 min walk from the flat if you want to catch a bus into town .The city centre is about 8min taxi ride away .We have 2 great parks 5-10 mins walk away or the beach around 15 mins ,ideal for a stroll with the dog .

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.
