Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

A lovely indendant apartment at the bottom of our garden secluded by trees . the apartment has a nice outside area with patio table and chairs . Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Modern 1-bed studio annexe at the end of the garden, with private access and outdoor patio and seating area. Off-road parking included. Short walking distance from Reading University and Royal Berks Hospital, Heathrow RailAir coach link, and 24-hour bus service to and from town centre. Close to a very pleasant walk along the river to Sonning. Reading is a 25-minute train ride into London Paddington, and has beautiful countryside situated all around it, such as Oxfordshire and Henley.

Newly decorated Studio

Neat and comfy Studio can sleep up to 2 people. It’s Smoking Free, Pets Free and in very clean conditions, but you can smoke outside the Studio. You have your own en-suite, kitchen and access, NO need to share anything with anyone, totally privacy. It’s very close to the Uni, just cross the road, lovely neighbourhood, 10 minutes bus to Oracle centre. Other than that, you are welcome to treat my place as your second home. Common sense, communications and politeness are all I ask for.
