The house was built in 1973 and has original wood beams, open views of green space with an organic garden that beckons you to rest for a while. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 6 and is truly cozy and peaceful.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Southeast Eugene, near the University of Oregon. The side entrance leads through a shared space to a separate secure two bedroom suite on a lower level. The two bedrooms both have large windows providing great natural light. A recently remodeled bathroom and a hallway kitchenette finish off the suite. Renters share off street parking and a shaded seasonal private deck and yard.
