Whether in town for work or here for a family event, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom split level home will give you plenty of space. It's located in one of the most popular family-friendly sub-divisions in Marysville and close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Primary suite has a queen size bed with newly renovated tile shower and fixtures. The two smaller rooms have full size beds and updated fixtures as well. The main floor as a half bath. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
