Note: We only own the house, not the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed at this time.

Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

The Dragonfly House is located between Hwy 22 and Lake Drive. The back yard views of the sunset are spectacular! 3 minute walk to the lake. Newly renovated. This home has a large yard with private drive. Plenty of space for several trucks with boats. I have a picnic table, grill and fire pit for you. Added a Fish cleaning station! The Woodshop is located less than 2 miles from Discovery Park, 20 mins from University of TN at Martin, and we’re within walking distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, boutiques and antique stores. NOT available for a long-term rental.
