From the rough cut lumber to the luxurious bed linens, everything has been chosen to be of the highest quality with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Listen to the relaxing sounds of Devil Fork Creek on the covered porch or nap along the banks in the two-person hammock. Enjoy a hike at nearby Rocky Fork State Park, then end your day with a warm fire outside gazing at the stars. We can’t wait to host you!

If you choose to stay in, we have 9 acres of beautiful unspoiled land to explore. Spend evenings in our barn Billiard Room with TV’s and Poker/Game Table.

We are 30 miles from Asheville,NC and also Johnson City,TN for endless nightlife,restaurants & breweries. Catering to the outdoor enthusiasts with amazing hiking,white waterafting/tubing,ziplining, waterfalls, rivers, fishing and snow skiing/tubing practically at your doorstep. OR just stay back,relax with your favorite beverage and tunes on your deck or by a bonfire. Do not recommend if over 6ft.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Spivey Falls Cabin, A Cabin by a Waterfall

A secluded cabin with access to two private, large waterfalls in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff, the beautiful nature offer precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall. The family home overlooks a 75 foot cascading waterfall. Garden trails follow along the creek and incline. Interior cabin exhibits variety of cultural nostalgia from the local family's home and tradition. We hope you come away with peace, tranquility of God's nature and restorative living water .

Blackberry Blossom Farm is often referred to as " A magical place, BEST Airbnb we've ever been to!" The Nellie Belle vintage 1955 Aljoa Camper overlooking the Unaka Mts. is cute as a button! Bathroom accommodations are at our super clean Campground Bathhouse, located beside the Nellie Belle camper. Mountain Shack with friendly animals and a view!

Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.

The Pond House with Hot Tub in TN

Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains and enjoy your own piece of oasis. The Pond House sits on 6 acres along with our home, with a beautiful spring-fed pond, with mountain views. Relax outside in the hot tub for some stargazing, or read a good book on the porch and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or glass of wine. Come support local tourism! We have recovered from the flood! You can sit on the front porch, relax, the view is amazing,& hear the stream. Stream has a sitting area, private roads are great to walk, take kids/pups.Great for kids/pups of all ages with parental supervision. Burnsville has a Brewery with live music ,Unicoi beautyspot & AT lookout is 22 miles, Mayland planetarium& observatory(get tickets in advance)! This area has so much to explore!
