This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

The Hen House Cottage

Hen House Cottage is a beautifully restored small barn in a picturesque rural setting 2 km from Dromore West, 10 minutes from the Wild Atlantic Ocean. Suitable for a couple or single occupancy, this charming, well-equipped cottage has a dutch-style box bed, shower and a small kitchen. It is totally self-contained - perfect for safe self-isolation in this unspoilt corner of the west of Ireland. Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

The Cart House at Teach Neilí

Close to the beautiful Blue Flag beach at Nairn on The Wild Atlantic Way , this is a renovation of the old cart house at Teach Neilí, which combines the character of the original stone walls with views of Loughfad in a warm, comfortable cottage. No 3rd party bookings and our accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.
