A rare find in the country side, this rural Catskill victorian home dates back to 1886. Originally the home of the Vanbenschoeten family, it is now on the National register of historic places. Admire the craftsmanship throughout and period antiques. Your room a waits your friends and family. The suite sleeps four people and has a queen, twin, full beds and a private bathroom. This room is located on the lower level walk out of my home and private bathroom. This is 1 of 3 rooms I offer. I live and work from my home. I have a Golden Retriever - Greta is 4. No kitchen access. However, a 3 course Nordic breakfast is served at 9am with your stay. The home has multiple spaces both in and out for use. Please bring slippers or socks to wear inside my home. Highly recommend a car. Uber is expensive. Please check in prior to 9pm. Prefer 5 star guests and sorry no children.

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.
