This charming cottage resides approximately 11 miles west of Portree 1 mile before the village of Edinbane. Minchview as the cottage is named ,sits overlooking the Loch and on a good day the island of Harris can be seen along with stunning views towards the bay at Edinbane. This cottage has been a family home for over 140 years and has just had some recent refurbishment whilst trying to retain the authentic character of a typical Skye cottage of this generation. All guests are welcomed warmly.

Great for viewing the star lit nights no light pollution with no street lights. Excellent area for getting off the beaten track close enough to Leverburgh for trips to St Kilda and all other amenities. Cottage on the shoreline with lovely bay. The east side of Harris is single track roads with passing places.

In view of the bed/bathroom facilities the house is perhaps best suited to either a couple/a couple with younger children.
