Nestled in a small village with a great pub and country walks within 5 minutes. This unique place has a style all its own. It is made from recycled/reclaimed material's, bed side tables which are made out of suitcases, handmade high bed with storage. The breakfast bar is a cast iron cutting table from an old printing press. There is a kitchen area made up of vintage drawers and doors, with a small fridge, toaster, kettle, air fryer, but no oven. French doors leading to a private courtyard area.

The Hideaway Sussex - Cottage

The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 10 minutes, & Brighton is 30 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

The Groom’s Cottage

Arranged in the traditional U-shape, the cottage forms part of a converted stable block within the grounds of a former equestrian estate near the historical town of Lewes. The cottage benefits from its own, South-facing patio which looks out onto a communal courtyard. The property has its own private entrance and two car parking spaces. Cabin in rural East Sussex

Tom’s Lodge, named after my late father who was a carpenter, is a wooden cabin situated on a small working farm in the heart of East Sussex in the picturesque village of Piltdown. It is located off a country lane so is very peaceful & surrounded by countryside for many different walks & the renowned Piltdown Golf Club is only a stone's throw away. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Ringles Place is a 2 double bedroom 1st floor apartment, in a Sussex style barn conversion. There is one double room, and you can choose a kingsize bed or twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Located on the northern fringes of Uckfield, it offers a fully fitted bathroom, a lounge with has a large corner sofa, a dining table and a large television. The kitchen is well equipped, the property enjoys a sleek modern feel, and has a designated off-road parking space. It's near Buxted Park Hotel and Uckfield.

Equipped with a king bed, TV, waterfall shower and separate WC, hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Outside space with table and chairs for al fresco dining! Located close to the Ashdown Forest with plenty of country walks. We are a 15 minute drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London and the East Sussex coast. We are on hand in the main house for your convenience.

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from every room. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Recently renovated Oast House

Set in a quiet hamlet with its own garden, with parking for 3 cars and is perfectly placed for Glyndebourne, many National Trust properties and gardens (Sheffield Park, Nymans, Wakehurst Place, Borde Hill, Batemans, Knole Park). The Bluebell Railway, the vineyards of Ridgeview, Rathfinny and Bolney are all nearby, as is Brighton and the coast. Piltdown Golf Course is a mile up the road, several good pubs and many good walks on Ashdown Forest, the South Downs Way and the Seven Sisters.

Relax in this calm, stylish space. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling and spacious lounge (including Sky TV) with separate Bedroom and Bathroom. There is a fridge and a small area for making tea / coffee and toast but no cooker - who wants to cook on holiday anyway!! There are local pubs including one within 3 mins walk serving good food, shops and even a Victorian cinema in walking distance and many other Sussex and Kent places of interest within a short drive.

Our spacious 2 bedroom barn is situated in the heart of the Ashdown Forest and is a perfect base for a walking break. Seek out the locations of Pooh's adventures in AA Milne's books or explore the beautiful South Downs, a short drive away. Our barn is situated within the grounds of our family house. One well behaved dog is allowed. Please be aware we have sheep and other farm animals onsite so dogs must be kept under control at all times. EV charger available at extra cost

Wisteria House offered by Mulberry Stays is a Spacious 6 bedroom Grade II listed Town House - the front rooms reflect the town centre vibe in the hub of Uckfield but the rear rooms are nice and quiet for lighter sleepers. Once here you can relax and walk to the nearby amenities. Its a perfect base for the group to explore the area. It is easily accessible by bus car or train. There is private parking at the rear that is suitable for 3 cars/small vans and a garden to enjoy

Little Coombe Bank

New in 2019 ! Little Coombe Bank is a lovely self contained cabin with its own private garden space . It is suitable for 2 adults primarily. We also have a cot for babies. It is a light and airy space with lots of natural light from the 3 skylights, 2 large windows and full glass entrance which opens out to your private patio garden complete with wood burner. It is adjacent to the main house but not overlooked. We are pet friendly and have fab walks direct from the house.
