We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

First Carriage, Burgh next Aylsham, North Norfolk

‘First’ is unique and quirky, and is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a beautifully restored railway stock carriage- raised double bed with storage underneath and a pull out coffee table. There is a small kitchen area with fridge, kettle and hob, as well as a bathroom providing a shower, sink and WC. Off road parking is provided and the carriage has its own seating area and fire pit. The carriage is located in a small paddock in a rural village location along with one other carriage

Brick Kiln Farm - Rose Cottage

Set in the beautiful rural countryside of North Norfolk, this semi-detached cottage has been fully renovated keeping many of the charming characteristics of the old farmhouse. Rose Cottage has its own private off-street parking, private entrance, Wi-Fi coverage and central heating. It boasts its own private patio and lawn area to the rear and is just a 20 minute drive to the coast or Norfolk Broads with National Trust properties Blickling Hall and Febrigg Hall also within easy reach.

The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

Little Owl Barn, Aylsham

Perfect for couples or families who appreciate spacious open plan living, Little Owl Barn is located in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic market town Aylsham having been renovated in 2023. The property has been finished to a high standard offering comfort and peacefulness whilst maintaining all the original characteristics of an old barn. Here you can take yourself away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax to the sounds of nature.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Diggens Farm Annexe

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful newly refurbished cottage on the outskirts of Aylsham in the beautiful county of Norfolk. This small market town is bustling with independent shops and many places to enjoy refreshments. The long distance footpath Weaver's Way is literally on the doorstep, or you could visit the Norfolk Broads, Blicking Hall or Cromer. The beautiful North Norfolk Coast is just a short drive away.
