Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

We are close to Chapman University, 2 malls, outlets, parks, freeways, Anaheim convention center and the Honda Center. Disneyland is a 12 minute drive. There is lots of free street parking. Friends allowed but no parties. Occasionally 2 Dachsies may stop by to say HI!

Historic Downtown Fullerton Bungalow, 4 mi Disney

Wonderfully charming older home. Remodeled with charm and taste for correct period. Great useable layout with lots of windows for light and ventalation. New double pain windows, solid core doors and hardware throughout. Neighborhood Description Small town feel. Close to everthing one could want. What the owner loves about this home Within walking distance to Fullerton College and down town Fullerton shops, pubs and resturants rich in history and night life.

Adorable little guest house with beautiful garden

This quaint guest house has a very comfy king bed and an air mattress (if needed please let me know). Beautiful walk in tile shower access to wash the day away. Guests have access to the garden, patio, and gas fire pit. There is a private entrance and I welcome all people from all walks of life. If you are booking this space for someone else please get prior approval. You will assume all risk for them and are responsible for getting them the check in instructions.

Modern & Contemporary LARGE 2 bed, 2 bath bungalow

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. The City of Newport Beach has strict noise regulations and parties and large gatherings are not allowed at this property. City of Newport Beach Short Term Rental Permit #SLP13923
