Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua puhtaan luonnon keskellä. Mökki sijaitsee pienessä kylässä keskellä Lapin erämaata. Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. Supersuositun Äijä-koiran ainutlaatuinen kelomökki Kilpisjärvellä! Ihanteellinen pariskunnille, mökistä näkymät Kilpisjärvelle. Kauppaan ja ravintolaan matkaa 1,5 km. Mökissä lattialämmitys. Keittiössä kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, uuni/hella, liesituuletin ja jääkaappi. Valmiiksi pedatut vuoteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan. Huom! Yläkerran makuutila on alle 120 cm korkea, joten kohde EI sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille henkilöille! Myöskään portaat eivät ole lapsiturvalliset.

Mökissä on lämmitysmuotona sähkölämmitys, puuhella, sekä takka. Sauna lämpiää puilla, joka sijaitsee myös samassa rakennuksessa. Kulku saunaan on terassin kautta. Vesi saunaan haetaan joesta sankoilla ja lämmitetään puulämmitteisesti saunapadassa. Kohteessa on oikein siisti ulkovessa, jossa ei ole lämmitystä. Avanto joessa auki talvella.

Welcome to stay in Muonio! A peaceful small village of around 1100 inhabitants, located on the bank of the river Muoniojoki. Just a few hundreds metre of the front channel of the river you find our peaceful, cosy house. You will be able to use one half of the house. The house has two flats which are not connected. Privacy and peace for our guests! To the centre of Muonio, where you can find a very good selected K-market shop and also a S-market it is just about 2,2 km.
