Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

Self -contained spacious lower ground floor of our Victorian (1873) house, with garden, centrally located for easy walking to amenities: restaurants and bars; parks with cafe and playground, and the Common; shops and convenience stores; historic Pantiles; railway stations and buses. Parking (one car) on drive and on street. Secure bike storage in garage. Access is via six stone steps so not suitable where there are mobility concerns.Also, please note : no hob or oven in kitchenette

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located off the main road in a private setting but close to shops, bars and restaurants this is the ideal place to explore Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area. Within easy walking distance of the train station ( 15 mins) with frequent services to London and Hastings Lots of stunning places to visit nearby including Hever Castle, Sissinghurst and Penshurst Place. The Stables with walled garden near the Pantiles

The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.
