Comoda la bella doccia esterna da usare di ritorno dal mare. Nella campagna vivono anche gatti e un cane.

Palazzo Storico con cortile e plunge pool

Spazi contemporanei in una dimora storica a pochi minuti dalle spiagge ioniche, come la spiaggia di Punta della Suina o Lido Pizzo. 🍹 La struttura è dotata di una Plunge Pool (vasca a immersione di 6 mq e 80 cm di profondità) collocata nella terrazza e ad uso esclusivo della proprietà. 🔊 Nota bene: Una delle tre camere da letto si affaccia sulla strada. Poiché l'appartamento si trova al primo piano, a volte è possibile sentire il rumore del traffico. Le altre due camere sono più silenziose.

Historical Home - Historical Home in Otranto

Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile in questo spazio in centro. Il Palazzo era sede del Consolato Veneziano sulla Via della Seta. Venezia, per ordine del Consiglio dei Dogi, mandò a Otranto una loro nobile famiglia che diventò il punto referente, a livello burocratico e amministrativo, per tutto il traffico delle navi che da Venezia andavano in Oriente e viceversa. Il Palazzo è stato recentemente oggetto di un restauro conservativo che lo ha riportato fedelmente al suo stato originario.

Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
