Go fishing or exploring wild pelicans and black swans by kayaks or play pingpong/air hockey in the garage, it’s all by your choice.

Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

This fully self-contained 2 bedroom apartment is accessed via steps leading up to your private verandah with river views. There is direct access to the adjoining nature reserve with a pretty walking trail. Tuggerah Lake is directly behind the property. There is a public jetty and boat ramp half way down the road. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.

With water views from all areas including the main bedroom you'll feel right at home. With patrolled beaches only 10 minutes drive away, kayaks available for the lake, push bikes to go exploring with and amazing walk/cycleway right your back gate it's the perfect place for a break. Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
