Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Fully equipt kitchenette, spacious full bath, and large bedroom. Remodeled in 2018 with new "everything" queen bed, 43"4K HDTV, large closet. Desert landscaped yard features mountain, city views, and patios. Very quiet neighborhood. A favorite stay for long and short term guests!

Cat Mtn. Casitas - Ocotillo

Come stay at the Ocotillo Casita at Cat Mountain! Located feet from Tucson Mountain Park and inside Cat Mountain Station, this location is perfect for nature lovers and style hunters alike. The building was built around a John Wayne museum in the 1950's, but converted into three 1,200 sq. ft casitas in 2023. The unique décor in the space is locally sourced, creating a vintage ranch vibe surrounded by Ocotillo. It is perfect for travelers looking to relax in the Sonoran Desert.

Cozy up in this remodeled studio on a beautiful 17-acre property in West Tucson Foothills. Part of an older 5-plex with 8 other houses, this charming unit features a king bed, common heating (kept around 70°F in winter), AC/heater mini split, small kitchen with microwave and stove/oven, Roku TV, and fast WiFi (~400 Mbps). ~350 sq ft of comfort with a beach-themed décor. Park by your PRIVATE entrance. This spacious suite is quiet with its own Mini Split set . The WIFI is fast and the kitchenette has a full size fridge. I prefer solo travelers and charge a little more for a 2nd guest when you put in for 2 it will show correct amount. No unauthorized guests.
