Hortus House

Don't get fooled by the first impression from the street! Hortus House is a unique place, situated in an old house with a wealth of stories to tell and a magnificent garden featuring stone sculptures and lush trees. This is the lungs of our neighborhood! Located a 15-minute stroll from the old center of Ljubljana, where you will find peace away from the crowds. We refurbished part of our family house and turned it into a pleasant and comfortable place for up to 4 people, waiting just for you!

Cute PHa city bikes and cheap parking (7 eur/day)

City center starts in 1,25 km. Law: registering you and charging City tax. Please prepare: passport or IDcard. Tax: cash 3,13 euro per person per night. Fast Wi-Fi and very cheap parking (7 eur/day) in front. Driving from-to airport: 60€/drive (max. 4p), from-to bus/train: 15€. Cosy, fresh air from the garden. Fully equipped. Only food is missing. Easy walk or bicycle ride along the Ljubljanica river to city center. Home cookers can get everything in local supermarket to prepare your own meal.

The Hidden Home

The apartment has wonderful high arched ceilings. The main room is very comfortable with two windows facing the loggia. This gives the apartment a unique, slightly hidden character, which offers a quiet retreat right in the lively heart of the old town, yet completely hidden from the bustle of noisy city life. The house is located in the pedestrian zone on the riverside. Sunday mornings there is a market for antiquities in front of the house, turning into a local Christmas market all December.

Relax at our quiet, bright and comfortable apartment. Apartment is located in the first floor of our house, it has it's own entrance, big terrace, fully equiped kitchen and private parking. House is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of private houses, near the river Kamniska Bistrica. Nearest shop is 1,5km away. In the vicinity you can find small huts where you can buy local farm products. Turist tax is not included in airbnb price. It will be charged 1,50 eur/per person/per night.

10 km from city center of Ljubljana on quiet location we have completely renovated house with 3 apartments. This is middle apartment with huge terrace, spacious, comfortable for a family of 6 (they all can sleep in beds) and can host up to 7, even 8 people (for sleeping over it is just big enough). 1st floor apartment, a house doesn't have elevator. Private parking in front of the house! Nice, green exterior, good base for exploring Slovenia, self check in/out.
