This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. Welcome to LuckyUs farm! Great location four miles from TIEC, sightseeing, waterfall hikes, antiquing, shopping or just being lazy. Property is fenced and gated. There is parking. Fully appointed kitchen, washer dryer, separate bedroom, fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the porch with views out to horse pastures and sunrise. There is an bunkhouse with a queen bed, no bath which is a separate building next to the carport. Massage chair in bunkhouse. 50 $ pet fee.

The second story guest house apartment is is full of light and air with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Just moments away from TIEC. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.
