Bike and hike along the Cape Cod Provincelands Trail. We have parking for 2 cars. Many guests park and walk everywhere. Some bring their bikes and or rent them. The town also has pedi-cabs which are fun - and there is also Uber and Lyft. It’s a breeze to get anywhere. Please be advised that the rate you pay/the listed rate, already includes taxes of 5.7% State Tax, 6.0% Local Tax, and 2.75% Cape Cod & Islands Water Pollution Fund Tax

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Equipped with A/C (split unit), fans, smart TV, wi-fi, washer/dryer combo unit, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower and 2 parking spots. Linens & towels are included. **NO PETS ALLOWED** This is our family cottage and our son is allergic to dogs. We do not recommend this cottage for any guests with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
